The development of mass transportation to reach the City and Inter-City Region
4. Mangga Dua Sub Region
Development is Central Wholesale trade on a national and international
5. Pademangan Sub Region
Development of residential areas with medium and high density in the form pembamgumam flats.
6. Kemayoran Sub Region
CBD and international trade
