Kapuk Muara District has an area of 251.21 hectares or about 9:48% of the area of PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Table 7.1). Sub Urban area is located on the border with the Village Kapuk Muara Kamal Muara and Slaughter Village.
The boundary of Kapuk Muara District are:
East: Angke
South: Jl. Kamal Muara
West: Cengkreng Drain
North: Border region Pluit Planning Region
Broadly speaking, the developments in the sub-area is the industrial and warehousing activities and residential areas. The existing conditions who are in Sub Region Kapuk Muara and developments in the Sub Region Kapuk Muara. This development can be divided into two parts, namely the North and South in which to both have a different developmental trend.
