Pluit West Region has an approximately 192.64 hectares or 7.27% of the area of PT. Propertindo Jakarta Sub-region is the western part of the administrative area of the Village Pluit
The boundary of Pluit West Region are:
East: Kali estuary (canal Bidara)
South: Jl. Pluit South Reefs
West: Kali Muara Angke
North: North Boundary area PLN / plant
This section consists of the established residential neighborhood, market and rows of shophouses along Jl. Pluit Karang (ex Muara Karang), as well as apartment complexes Muara Beautiful Pluit, coupled with a variety of public facilities such as schools.
Sub Region West Pluit a new development area, trend developments in the sub-region is dominated by the growth of housing for the middle class and above is supported by the structure of the roads that have been organized.
