Pantai Mutiara Region has an area 120.92 hectares or about 4:56% of the area of PT. Jakarta Propertindo.
Pantai Mutiara Region is north of the Golden Gate Village administration area which reclaimed land meriupakan have realized from 4 sections of land reclamation in the planned development programs are included in the North Coast area Pluit work (PT Jakarta Propertindo)
The boundary of Pantai Mutiara Region are:
East: Eastern Boundary Area Reclamation Mutiara Beach
South: Jl. Pluit Ocean
West: West Bounding Reclamation Area of Pearl Beach
North: Northern Limit Areas Reclamation Mutiara Beach.
Parts of the region has developed into an exclusive residential neighborhood, which is equipped with facilities such as a marina, club house and sports center. Residential facilities other than in the form of single houses on the edge of the lagoon also be residential towers.
