Kamal Muara West Sub Region has an area of 408.61 hectares or about 15:42% of the area of PT. Jakarta Propertindo. Sub Urban area is located on the border with Kamal Muara Tangerang regency.

East: Canal Plan Outer Ring road toll
Cengkareng (Outer Ring Road).
South: Jl. Kamal Muara
West: The border between North Jakarta
Bekasi Regency
North: Border Zone area Peencanaan Pluit
Existing condition Kamal Muara West Sub Region. Sub section area is divided into two locations, each of which is located in the north and the south of the highway. Land to the north of the highway is mostly a protected area (green) and in the far north there are the shelters, while land to the south of the motorway is industrial and warehousing area.
